- Returns can only be processed with a receipt or in its original packaging showing
a UPC code issued by Satori Wellness.
- We can only offer store credit for a return.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
- We cannot accept returns for live plants.
- We cannot accept any returns or exchanges for any unopened or opened
cannabis or cannabis products with the following exceptions:
Cannabis flower must show visible mold or mildew and be returned within 24 hrs of
purchase to be eligible for a return or exchange. We can only offer store credit for a
return in the amount of the original purchase price, if it has not been consumed in any
amount. If any of the cannabis was consumed, you may be issued a partial amount of
store credit at the manager’s discretion.
- No returns on concentrates with the following exception:
Cartridges in their original packaging may be exchanged for the exact product within 24
hrs of purchase if they are deemed to be defective through leakage or manufacturer’s
defect. If the exact product is not available, a like comparable option may be used for
exchange. Please refer to our cartridge care guide (click here) to
ensure that your cartridge stays working for the life of the product.
Damaged or Defective Goods: If you believe your non-cannabis product is damaged or
defective, return it to us within 24 hrs so that an exchange for the same product can be
made. If the same product is not available, a like comparable product will be issued. If
there are no like comparable options, store credit will be issued in the amount of the
